Ingredients
1 Ā½ cups organic rolled oats (slow or quick cook - gluten-free if needed)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips (or cacao nibs)
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups Almond milk (any plant based milk)
Optional: 1 scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder
Instructions
1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, vegan chocolate chips, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are fully combined.
3. Pour in the dairy-free milk and give it a good stir.
