Start your day with a delicious twist! Introducing Gut Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Overnight Oats. šŸ˜‹šŸŖ These creamy oats are packed with fiber, probiotics, and wholesome ingredients, making them a delightful and nutritious breakfast option.


Ingredients

Ā 

1 Ā½ cups organic rolled oats (slow or quick cook - gluten-free if needed)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

3 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips (or cacao nibs)

2 tablespoons almond butter

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups Almond milk (any plant based milk)

Optional: 1 scoop of your favorite vegan protein powder


Instructions

1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, vegan chocolate chips, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

2. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are fully combined.

3. Pour in the dairy-free milk and give it a good stir.

4. If desired, add the optional scoop of vegan protein powder and mix until incorporated.

5. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavors.

6. In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. If itā€™s too thick, you can add a splash of dairy-free milk to reach your preferred consistency.

7. Enjoy your homemade chocolate chip cookie dough overnight oats cold or at room temperature.
