Quick and easy Gut-Friendly Protein-Packed Energy Bites





These gut-friendly protein-packed energy bites are not only delicious but also provide a balanced blend of fiber, healthy fats, and plant-based protein to support optimal gut health and sustained energy levels throughout the day.



What you'll need :

1/2 cup natural drippy peanut butter (or substitute almond butter for variety)

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/3 cup protein powder

1/3 cup ground flaxseed meal

1/2 cup organic rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon vegan mini chocolate chips (to ensure dairy-free and lower sugar content)


How to make it :


In a food processor, combine the natural peanut butter (or almond butter) with the honey (or chosen syrup) and vanilla extract. Add the protein powder, flaxseed meal, rolled oats to the mixture, add Chia seeds, chocolate chips.


Mix until smooth and well combined.


Once the ingredients are thoroughly combined, cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up slightly.

After chilling, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and roll it into bite-sized balls using your hands.


Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate and return them to the refrigerator to set for an additional 15-20 minutes.


Once firm, transfer the energy bites to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for longer-term storage.
