Ingredients:
1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
. 2 tablespoons of butter ( OPTIONAL)
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 fresh sage leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400F
In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, honey, chopped sage, salt, and pepper
(you may also opt to chopping your squash in half and scooping out the middle instead
NOTE: cooking times may vary for ussing this method)
Spread the coated cubes on a baking sheet & Roast for 25-30 minutes
Remove from oven and enjoy! Your squash should be tender and have caramelized edges.
